His name is Joy, and hobo is an offensive term.
So, in recap:
Allan was taken away by Joy to a planet run by a galactive slaver named Zark.
They defeated Zark's mind-controlled "pet" Nakk, and then fought against Zark.
After a single panel of questioning, Zark was killed by Nakk, who died moments later.
Allan and Joy bid farewell to their new friends and returned to Earth ...
... and Allan had his testicles smashed by the girlfriend he left behind.
