This past week I received some bad news about a friend I've known for many years.
For his sake I'm not going to name him. All I want to say about him is that, despite his flaws, he was a good person
that made a mistake that unfortunately cost him his life.
I know that The Skaynngar has jokes about alcohol, substance abuse, violence ... the list goes on,
but please, please, please don't take drugs from people you don't know. I'm not gonna sit here and type up some huge speech
about not doing drugs or drinking or whatever because, let's face it, that's a part of life.
Just try to be smart and safe about it all.
Don't drink alone in an unfamiliar place. Don't take drugs without knowing and TRUSTING the person who's offering them.
I don't want to kill everyone's fun time ... I just want people to have fun without dying.
Alright that was depressing! Anyways, work on the comic is going on, books are progressing, and as always you can harrass me on any of the
